Cape Ann Transit Management (CATM) is the contracted private operating company that hires, trains, and schedules all vehicle operators, dispatchers, and vehicle mechanics for the Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA), which serves the residents and visitors of Cape Ann and the North Shore Area. The Cape Ann Transportation Authority is one of Massachusetts's fifteen public transit authorities, governed under MGL 161B. Cape Ann Transportation Authority provides year-round fixed routes, demand response, and on-demand service to Cape Ann and the North Shore area.

Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities!

• Starting Pay – $23.75 / hour. After 1 year of employment, the employee will receive a top pay rate of $27.25 / hour as of 7 / 1 / 2024.
• Part-Time / Casual / Year-round / Seasonal.
• Flexible shifts with day, night, and weekend hours available.
• Our recruiting process is ongoing; we accept applications all year long.
• While a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals without a CDL.
• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) training and testing are provided on-site.
