Construction Superintendent - Wastewater Treatment (Fort Lauderdale)

You'll oversee field execution of wastewater treatment retrofit and upgrade projects, often in live facilities, where coordination, planning, and safety are critical. This is not ground-up new construction; it's complex work that requires a skilled builder who understands sequencing, temporary systems, and collaborative execution with facility personnel and engineers.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Field management experience with at least 3 years as a Lead Superintendent on water or wastewater treatment plant projects
• Expertise in leading retrofit and upgrade scopes in operating or partially shut-down environments
• Strong technical understanding of structural, mechanical, civil, and process systems related to treatment plant work
• Skilled at field-level coordination with mechanical, electrical, and specialty trades during active system cutovers and tie-ins
• Able to interpret plans, redline field adjustments, manage inspections, and work closely with engineering and project management
• Safety-driven and confident in enforcing jobsite protocols while maintaining productivity
• Comfortable managing site logistics, documentation, scheduling, and quality control at the field level
