We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Position Summary : The Lead Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day construction site activities, leading field teams, and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. This role requires a strong leader who can balance technical expertise with people management to drive successful project delivery.

Core Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to achieve milestones.
• Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety on site; ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison between field teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify issues proactively and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and records of site activities.
• Mentor and guide superintendents, foremen, and field staff to ensure professional growth and consistent performance.
