Description :

Greet Guests, recognize frequent Guests, and ensure they have contact information for Hosts for future needs. Explain promotions, programs, current giveaways, and the benefits of using a player's card. Responsible for enhancing Guest service, developing new promotions, and maintaining relationships with VIP Guests. Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Use experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals. Perform various tasks, potentially lead others, and exercise creativity and latitude. Approve credit and manage reinvestments. Increase Guest visits and play habits, file events based on play criteria, and acquire new and inactive business.

Qualifications :

• Effective communication with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Availability to work necessary shifts.
• Ability to obtain Gaming Registration.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Two+ years of experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Work quickly and accurately under high stress.
• Minimize operation costs and maximize profits.
