We serve a global client base and are rapidly expanding. As part of this growth, we're seeking a seasoned Account Manager with a passion for relationship-building and solution delivery in the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Energy domains

As an Account Manager for our Manufacturing Services clients, you'll play a key role in nurturing client relationships, delivering value-driven solutions, and acting as the primary liaison between the client and client's cross-functional teams. This is a client-facing role requiring weekly onsite presence (Mon–Thurs) to foster collaboration and deepen engagement with key stakeholders.

• Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders and executives.
• Act as the bridge between client leadership (Functional & Technical) and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Visit client site weekly (Mon–Thurs) to meet stakeholders, understand challenges, and foster relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Regularly report progress on monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and forecast account performance metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new clients while enhancing existing partnerships.
