Responsibilities

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in and around the distribution center. This role supports both interior and exterior facility care, including sanitation tasks, light maintenance, and seasonal snow / ice removal. The Sanitation Associate plays a key part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for associates, visitors, and vendors.

Schedule & Compensation :

• Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM with overtime required based on business needs.
• Hourly Pay : $17.00 per hour starting pay, plus an additional $0.50 / hour for each piece of equipment certification obtained and the potential to earn a quarterly increase.
