Salary : $110,000 – $140,000 + Allowances, Bonus & Full Benefits

We are a leading general contractor specializing in multi-family residential construction across Florida. With a strong backlog of upcoming projects and a focus on quality, we’re committed to building long-lasting communities and long-term careers. We are currently seeking a Superintendent to lead the field operations on a new garden-style apartment development in Tampa and Sarasota, FL .
Project Overview :
This upcoming projects are a garden-style and mid-rise project, separate project sin Tampa and Sarasota.
Position Summary :
As the Superintendent , you will be the on-site leader responsible for all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety, and ensuring the project progresses on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building plans, codes, and safety standards
- Maintain and track project schedules and milestones
- Conduct inspections and quality control measures throughout the build
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Monitor site cleanliness, security, and logistics
- Resolve issues in real-time to avoid delays or cost overruns
