Wood is recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager, to join its projects business. This opportunity is Hybrid in Houston, TX.

The Role

The Preconstruction Manager contributes to the preconstruction process including proposals, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and design management. The requires someone with extensive experience in pre-construction activities of complex construction projects, including supporting or managing planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling, before the construction process begins.
