EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO VP OF ADVERTISING Full-time

Position : Executive Assistant to VP of Advertising

Job Description We are hiring an Executive Administrator to support the VP of our North America Advertising business.

Responsibilities include :

Managing all EA responsibilities for the VP, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses, and other administrative tasks.

Owning all aspects of the VP’s calendar, coordinating with other admins and third-party companies to schedule and plan meetings.

Providing day-to-day support by building weekly and monthly plans, managing meeting sequencing, travel times, and anticipating changes in a dynamic environment.

Supporting executive presentations by providing polish, design, and attention to detail.

Coordinating travel, expenses, and small team events for the VP’s staff.

Maintaining up-to-date distribution lists for organizational groups.

Qualifications 3+ years experience as an Executive Administrator supporting executives.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with perceptiveness and a proactive approach to tasks.

Candidate Details 5+ to 7 years of relevant experience.

Ideal Candidate This position is based in Brisbane, CA; remote work is not available.

High energy, outgoing personality.

4-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales environments.

Willing to add value beyond traditional EA support and take on additional projects.
