Job Summary
The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of Worldwide Equipment Sales, ensuring that our organization continues to perform efficiently, effectively, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role will drive operational excellence by leading cross-functional teams, setting performance standards, and aligning operational initiatives with WWES’s mission of providing unparalleled service and support to our customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers to build high-performing teams.
Organize and oversee the work and schedules of department leadership.
Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
Manage employee relations, including discipline and terminations, in accordance with company policy.

Comprehensive knowledge of business operations, finance, and industry practices.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with proven ability to influence and drive results.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible operations leadership experience.
