job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor access points into and out of the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or prohibited items, following established Allied Universal procedures. Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to support access control standards at the location. Conduct security-related inspections of vehicles and personal belongings as required by site-specific policies. Respond to access control incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate to site management and / or emergency services. Provide customer service to all personnel entering the location, addressing questions and assisting in directing individuals according to access protocols. Perform regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related issues and identify unusual activity. Document and report any security-related incidents, access control violations, or hazardous conditions according to Allied Universal and site guidelines. Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support the overall access control program at the manufacturing and industrial location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
