Compensation : $140,000 – $175,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

About the Role
We are looking for an HCM Systems Analyst to support our enterprise HCM systems across multiple functional areas, including configuration, testing, security, reporting, and training. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within a collaborative HR Technology team that supports all active HCM modules.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of experience looking to deepen their skills in a live environment, with clear paths for growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with system configuration across core HCM modules
- Develop standard reports and dashboards to support HR operations
- Support user access and security administration
- Participate in system testing and documentation efforts
- Help deliver end-user training and materials
- Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders on enhancement projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues
