Responsibilities
Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present findings on sales performanceCollaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to analyze key sales performance metricsProvide regular reports and presentations to Sales Development leadership and stakeholdersEnhance and scale the Sales Development Annual Planning and Target Management processDevelop and maintain sales dashboards for data-driven decision-makingQualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar roleExcellent knowledge of sales metrics, target setting processes, and sales dashboard creationProven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling using tools such as Excel and SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIPreferred Qualifications
