Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and interviewers
Support the candidate experience by providing updates and guidance throughout the interview process
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and assist in resume review processes
Required Qualifications and Education
Prior experience supporting a recruiting team, preferably in a startup environment
Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
Experience using at least one Applicant Tracking System
Ability to build rapport and relationships effectively
Familiarity with discerning quality resumes from AI-generated templates
