Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
Contact potential customers and provide professional customer support
Collaborate with other departments to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking or financial institution experience preferred
Previous contact center experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Able to work a flexible schedule, including some Federal Reserve holidays
