Qualifications :
- Minimum experience of one year with knowledge of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
- We provide extensive training on the art and science of collections.
