EHM Senior Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth efforts. As a nonprofit leader in senior care since 1879, we offer a value-driven workplace focused on quality care, compassion, and community service.

This position is eligible for a bonus structure based on census growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote, build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians and community partners.
• Implement strategies to grow our client base and increase referral volumes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track business development progress and report on key metrics.
