Key Responsibilities
Design and implement onboarding, activation, and retention strategies to enhance product adoption
Optimize the customer journey to reduce time-to-value and increase engagement
Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle metrics to improve program performance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of lifecycle, retention, or email marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Google Analytics
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for customer segmentation and campaign analysis
Experience in designing and analyzing experiments to optimize campaigns
