As our Inside Sales Specialist , you’re not just answering calls—you’re the first voice of possibility for clients dreaming up their next big moment. Your mission? Turn “What if…” into “This is perfect!” by matching their vision with our curated collection of event magic.

Think of yourself as a matchmaker between imagination and execution—where linen swatches and tent layouts become love stories.

What You’ll Create

• Spark-to-flame conversations : Transform vague inquiries (“I need chairs”) into tailored solutions (“Let’s pair those gold Chiavaris with a vintage lounge for cocktail hour”).
• Curated confidence : Be the guru of our inventory, knowing which farm tables make a rustic wedding pop or which canopy turns a backyard into a Gatsby soirée.
• Seamless storytelling : Craft proposals that feel like love letters to clients’ visions, complete with mood boards-by-proxy and “just imagine” phrasing.
• Behind-the-scenes glue : Sync with operations to ensure the 200-guest wedding you sold gets the royal treatment—right down to the last champagne flute.
