We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of various roof types. This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This is a union shop.

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including waterproofing, asphalt shingles, metal, tile, slate, and flat roofs.
• Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures.
• Safely operate hand and power tools such as roofing nailers, cutters, and heat welders.
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit angles and corners.
• Apply waterproofing materials and sealants to ensure roof integrity.
• Work at heights and on steep slopes while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with apprentices and other crew members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and issues.

Pay and benefits for this position is $92580.00 / yr. Union benefits package, must be comfortable joining the union.

This is a fully onsite position in Beaverton, OR.
