Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives
Implement outbound calling programs and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation activities
Align daily activities of Sales Development Representatives to achieve quarterly objectives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Inbound Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software / Technology (SaaS) space
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of professional experience (4 years)
2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing successful sales prospecting plans
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and achieve quarterly territory quotas
Experience developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
