Position : Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to support the continuous improvement, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. This hybrid role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce is effectively leveraged to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support the development and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Administration :
Perform day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and record types.Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, approval processes, and custom reports / dashboards.Monitor data quality, perform deduplication and data integrity checks, and execute mass data updates using tools like Data Loader.Support Salesforce release management and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and features.Troubleshoot user issues and provide Level 1 / 2 support for Salesforce-related inquiries.Ensure system compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications :
3 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, features, and best practicesExperience with requirements gathering, documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency with Salesforce reporting tools and dashboards.Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools : Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.Basic knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Certifications :
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)Salesforce Certified Business AnalystCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a plusNice to Have :
Experience with Agile project delivery.Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.Background in industries like healthcare, finance, or nonprofit CRM implementations.
