PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for manufacturing paint batches following a formula accurately.
  • Identify the accurate use of all raw materials needed to manufacture each batch of product. Make adjustments as needed.
  • Provides samples of completed batches to quality department for routine quality checks.
  • Assists in restocking raw materials.
  • Clean and maintain mixing equipment for daily use to ensure that the workstation is kept in clean and safe condition.
  • Daily clean-up duties can include sweeping, taking out trash, etc. to ensure that the workstation is kept in clean and safe condition.
  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Follow instructions given by the Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements :

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

  • Production experience preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.
  • Must be able to traverse the production facility.
