Job Title : General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking motivated General Production Workers to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work across various departments including Assembly, Fabrication, and Spot Welding. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as daily tasks may vary.

Responsibilities

• Float between departments : Assembly, Fabrication, and Spot Welding.
• Assemble boxes for USPS.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.
• Perform kitting and taping responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping down oils and shop grease.
• Operate basic machinery.
• Run metal sheets through deburring machines.
• Perform spot welding duties with provided training.

Work Environment

The position is on the 1st Shift from 6am to 2 : 30pm. Pay starts at $18 / hr, with a raise after 4 months.

Optional overtime is available, up to 5 hours per week, either before or after your shift. Our facility is climate-controlled and maintained to ensure a clean and comfortable workspace.

This is a position based out of Verona, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
