Controller Opportunity - Manufacturing Industry

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 + discretionary bonus

What You'll Do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
  • Implement and refine standard costing within the ERP system (Plex)
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership decision-making
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions (AR, AP, bank reconciliations)
  • Provide financial guidance for quoting, cost analysis, and project planning
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and HR to improve systems and reporting

    • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong cost accounting background and ability to implement standard costing
  • ERP experience (Plex preferred, but open to other systems)
  • Knowledge of corporate tax compliance (multi-state experience a plus)
  • A collaborative, approachable personality - open communicator who thrives in a family-oriented, team-driven environment
