Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Field Home Health RN for a 13-week full-time contract in Covington, GA . In this hands-on role, youll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings, performing comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, and wound care . Strong proficiency with OASIS assessments and HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) documentation is essential for accurate record-keeping and coordinated care. This position is ideal for experienced home health nurses who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a contract assignment.

Contract Details :

• Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing, a Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
• Location : Covington, GA, and surrounding areas
• Duration : 13-Week Contract, with possibility of extension
• Schedule : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 Hours per Week - no guaranteed hours
• Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, occasional weekends, and on-call
• Compensation : Hourly pay, negotiable based on territory and experience, blended pay packages available for travelers

• Productivity : 25per week, up to 35 visits
• Mileage : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles expected per week
