St. Vincent Carmel is looking for an RN that is passionate about quality assessments, practices and procedures, and creating the best environment for our patients and staff. Join our team in supporting St. Vincent Carmel's clinical teams in the ICU, ED, Orthopedics, Med / Surg, and Women's Health by assisting in improvement efforts and fostering community. This position is perfect for someone with strong relationship-building, critical thinking skills, and exceptional follow-through.

Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical, quality, evidence-based practice and patient safety expert. Develop

caregivers in specific clinical areas in collaboration with clinical leaders. Drive nursing quality

indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
