Concrete Crew Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you'll assist with various tasks involved in pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and / or industrial projects. This is a hands-on, physical job requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Will run the skidsteer and excavator as needed.
