A company is looking for a Service Manager (Public Safety Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for customer service experience and relationship management
Act as the escalation lead for 9-1-1-related concerns and manage issue resolution timelines
Monitor service metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on service performance
Required Qualifications
At least six years of experience in customer service management or service delivery roles
Strong understanding of NG9-1-1 and ESInet systems
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field
Experience in coordinating critical order reviews and supporting operational activities
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, and / or ENP) are a plus
