IT Business Systems Analyst

Senior Business Systems Analyst An on-site position, an individual contributor, that requires prior experience as a

software IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Delivery Lead. You will translate business department needs to technical documentation for development, evaluate how the business is properly utilizing technology, provide project planning and management, and ultimately UAT.

This is a strategic position within an IT department, providing direction to business units on how to keep current in technology that aligns with the corporate goals. Work with a smart team of business focused technologists that work towards running an efficient enterprise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner or Technical Delivery Lead experience
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for new software systems, features, and enhancements.
• Understanding Agile SDLC, Azure DevOps preferred.
• Ability to organize a project and run it to meet deadlines.
• User Acceptance Testing
• Ability to communicate across the organization effectively, using creative strategies to accomplish goals
