Division Quality Manager (Construction)

B.H, Inc is actively seeking a dedicated Division Quality Manager to join our team, based out of our Pleasant View, or North Salt Lake City, Utah office . This position requires 30-40% travel . Your expertise in Quality Control will be essential in upholding BHI's commitment to superior craftsmanship and safety.

This Division Quality Manager position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000-$105,000 per year , depending on experience. This is a traveling position , and offers a dynamic and engaging work environment where your Quality Control skills will be directly applied across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities on construction and related projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA / QC programs, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure workmanship meets contract requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, audits, and non-conformance issues; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
