Frontend Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager- Frontend.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers focused on multiplatform and web-based experiences

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define technical and business goals

Own the design and development of scalable frontend systems using Kotlin Multiplatform

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in engineering leadership or technical management

5+ years of frontend or mobile engineering experience with expertise in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform

Experience delivering cross-platform products serving millions of users

Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and modern frameworks

Experience managing in Agile / Scrum environments
