Luxury Liaison Officer
The Luxury Liaison Officer assists with the supervision and coordination of activities related to the Luxury Tenant Liaison Program. This position maintains client relations with luxury tenant management and loss prevention agents through frequent direct contact, intelligence and information sharing. The Luxury Liaison Officer must thoroughly understand the luxury tenant dynamic at the specific property and act as liaison between tenant management, contracted security management, mall management, and Simon Corporate Security. This position also assists with incident investigations by acting as liaison with local law enforcement when needed.

Education and Experience :
High School diploma or GED
Certificates and Licenses :
State security license where applicable.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Carries out supervisory responsibilities at the direction of the Security Director or Assistant Security Director, in accordance with specific provider Security Services policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; reviewing reports when needed; assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
