Job Description
Seeking General Manager for a company that provides Technical Services. Will be the top executive and run a business for all of California managing Sales, Support, Installation and Service providing electronic communication systems to healthcare and academic organizations.
We need someone who knows CA construction laws and standards, has financial aptitude in addition to equipment installation, customer service.
Will manage subcontractors and distributor network
Key is to manage budgets, P&L, grow sales while improving installation and service operations.
Qualifications
Experience leading construction and installation projects in commercial, healthcare or educational facilities.
Familiarity with aftermarket technical support and service of electro-mechanical systems.
Successful record for mentoring and guiding teams in insides sales, customer service, installation and technical support.
Capable of independently running a small business
