Product Manager, Technical Marketing

Overview

Cardinal Heath at-Home is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our commerce websites and integration platforms that drive best-in-class customer experience and operational efficiencies. This role will be instrumental in defining and evolving the digital product ecosystem and will be responsible for delivering a high-performing, compliant, and customer-friendly digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute product roadmap for internal and customer-facing applications and 3rd party integrations.
• Partner with IT, channel marketing, operations, 3rd party vendors to ensure thoughtful planning and execution of projects and enhancements.
• Write SQL queries to extract data to troubleshoot issues and discover actionable insights.
• Support integrations with EMR / ERP systems using HL7 (e.g., ADT, ORM, DFT), EDI (e.g., 850, 810), and APIs.
• Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and sprints.
• Prioritize work items with stakeholders based on return on investment and benefits.
• Support UAT, technical enablement, training materials, communications and Hypercare.
• Partner with legal, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet regulatory standards.

Anticipated salary range : $93,500 - $120,240
