Utility Billing Coordinator

This position works under the general direction of the Assistant Finance Director and alongside the Utility Billing Coordinator and is responsible for maintaining accurate utility billing accounts, assisting with utility billing processes and responding to inquiries / complaints that are related to utility billing.

Hourly Hiring Range : $29.31 - $30.99 (depending upon qualifications) Full Salary Range : $29.31 - $36.49

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : A combination of training and experience substantially equivalent to the following :
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Two (2) years of administrative experience with basic accounting, billing or collections. Previous full-cycle billing experience

EQUIPMENT / JOB LOCATION : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position will be located at the City Center. It will use common office supplies and equipment, and the noise level is typically quiet. Exposure to computer monitors in the office is typical. This position works closely with others.
