Materials Planner

Staffmark is hiring a Materials Planner in Houston, TX. If you're experienced in supply chain coordination and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay : $22 - $25 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : 1st Shift

Responsibilities :

• Release work orders according to the master production schedule
• Ensure production lines are supplied and running efficiently
• Collaborate with buyers to expedite material shortages
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule and track WIP items
• Expedite operations to resolve scheduling delays
• Set Kanban stocking levels for raw materials and WIP parts
• Review sales forecasts and communicate needs to buyers and manufacturing
• Provide project status updates to supervisors and team leaders
• Collaborate with plant and corporate personnel at all levels
• Support additional tasks and work overtime as needed
