Position Title : Service Desk

Location : Pensacola, FL (Hybrid - 10 days / month)

Shift Timings : 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM CST

Schedule : Sunday - Thursday

Clearance Requirements : None

Position Status : Contract to Hire

Pay Rate : $25-$29.00 / hr (with 56 hours PTO)

Position Description :

Join a highly skilled and fast-paced Service Desk Operations Center supporting enterprise users across the globe. As part of the Service Desk team, you will provide advanced troubleshooting, exceptional customer service, and timely incident resolution - achieving a higher first-call resolution rate than most Tier 1 environments.

You'll work directly with internal customers, resolve technical issues across multiple platforms, and ensure the continuity of business-critical services. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about IT support, problem-solving, and delivering a world-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound IT support via phone, email, and web requests.
• Perform troubleshooting across hardware, software, VPN, network connectivity, authentication, and mobile devices.
• Use ServiceNow for incident management, catalog requests, and documentation.
• Identify and escalate major incidents impacting multiple users or systems.
• Execute password resets across multiple secure environments with varied policies.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage authentication, access, and group membership.
• Apply knowledge management tools to locate and follow technical documentation with minimal supervision.
• Provide remote desktop support, including hardware setup, application troubleshooting, and browser configuration.
• Troubleshoot telework environments, including home internet connections, VPN sessions, 2FA authentication, and network access issues.
• Support and configure iPhones and iPads, including updates, authentication, and policy compliance.
• Maintain professional communication and a customer-first mindset in a virtual workspace environment.
