Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) , with a strong grasp of design thinking methodologies .
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods , including usability testing .
  • Background in working within Agile software development environments.
  • Proficiency with Figma , including the ability to develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes .
  • Knowledge of Information Architecture and its application to digital product design.
  • Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating team dynamics .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and conduct experience benchmarking , usability testing , and insight synthesis to support and validate design decisions.
  • nalyze user behaviors and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
  • Develop and communicate personas , journey maps , and service blueprints to reflect user needs and pain points.
  • Identify the root causes of experience challenges and recommend actionable design solutions .
  • Co-create value models and experience blueprints in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to align goals and drive innovation.
