Test Engineering Intern

Job Description

Based in either our Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN location, as a Test Engineering Intern you will design and implement software test systems to verify and validate world-class safety-critical measurement & analytical instrumentation that integrates with industrial automation equipment. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure.
• Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges.
• Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule
• Support manufacturing of test systems by working with global manufacturing, solving issues, and deploying / maintaining test stations
• Create hardware that is robust with simple and functional user interfaces
• Develop & maintain supporting documentation (service manual, troubleshooting guide, etc.)
• Provide technical support for test stations

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $25.00- 27.00 hourly, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
