Job Description This is a flexible position and can be part-time or full-time based on school schedule. Ideal for recent high school graduates or rising technical school students looking to start their career.

Responsibilities

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
• Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
• Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and / or final systems.
• Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• May complete rework on assemblies and / or systems as a result of testing.
• May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Ranges$21.06 - $28.16

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and / or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
