Overview : About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our eye care team! As our Receptionist / Optometric Assistant / Sales Associate , you’ll play a key role in welcoming patients, assisting with exams, and helping customers select eyewear that fits their style and needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations (check-ins, scheduling, payments, insurance verification)
• Assist the optometrist during eye exams and pretesting
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle phone / email communication
• Guide customers through frame and lens selections, ensuring a great experience
• Process eyewear orders and adjustments
• Keep the showroom neat, stocked, and visually appealing
