Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations - Engines (Onsite)

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE : Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. 7+ years' experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment. QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER : 5+ years' manufacturing experience within Aerospace IndustryProven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early, and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.The ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.
