How You Will Make an Impact

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative layouts for websites, landing pages, email, social media, digital ads, and more to create various projects that inspire external customers and the internal sales force. This person will collaborate with teams of designers, marketers, merchandisers, and category managers to create engaging customer experiences.

Our goal is to constantly evolve our digital customer experience while working closely with other creatives to complete cohesive pieces and execute various campaign strategies. You will be coordinating projects through completion with other internal departments and partnering with outside vendors as needed. You will have access to and assistance from our in-house photography department to stylize and produce custom images.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, working in a fast-paced design environment, you must balance multiple projects with quick-turn and longer deadlines and work side by side with others. You should be comfortable collaborating and communicating with teammates and management regarding creative project status, feedback and priorities. Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Create beautiful design aesthetic for various mediums that meet business goals.
• Masterful skill level in digital modern layouts, graphic fundamentals, email & web design, typography, and print
• Heavy understanding of customer experiences / customer journeys within the digital platform
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Help drive creative direction for the company.
• Prioritize and manage projects within design specifications.
• Perform retouching and tweaks to existing content and recommend additional suggestions to enhance creative.
• High level of expertise in the design-based programs within the Adobe Creative Suite
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Organize designs and assets properly through our server and file system.
• Ability to collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams for a wide range of deliverables.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. It is largely a sedentary role, with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The ability to sit or stand for long periods during meetings and while operating office equipment, PCs, laptops, and telephones will be required.
