Position : Property Administrative Assistant

Location : Duluth, GA

Contract to Hire

Benefits : Eligible for medical, dental, vision & 401(k)

Pay : $20-25 / hr

We are seeking a Property Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tenant inquiries and service requests
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors
  • Maintain records of tenant communications and property activities
  • Support rent collection, accounts payable processing, and financial reporting
  • Assist in lease administration and documentation
  • Contribute to marketing efforts for vacant spaces and support property tours

What Were Looking For

  • Experience : Previous property management or real estate experience preferred; customer service background also considered
  • Skills :
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with accuracy
  • Detail oriented, team-focused, and adaptable
