More about the Role & Team

The Senior FP&A Analyst is strategic and results-driven and able to deliver advanced financial planning and analysis across the organization. In this role, you will provide high-impact insights and decision-support to executive leadership and key stakeholders, driving business performance through sophisticated financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will play a key role in budgeting, long-range planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on continuous process improvement and value creation.

What Skills And Experience Do I Need To Succeed?

We are seeking a highly driven and confident professional with a minimum of five years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across various levels of the organization. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as this role requires translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. We're looking for someone who is not only ambitious but also thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to take ownership and contribute to strategic growth.

You may have worked as a 'FP&A Analyst', 'Finance Analyst', or 'Finance Manager'.

Salary Range : $90,000 to $110,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus Upon joining our company, Confluence provides team members and their families with a competitive benefits offering which includes medical, dental, vision, FSA and / or HSA spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and generous paid time off. Employees are also able to participate in Confluence's 401(k) plan, which includes a company-match. Additionally, Confluence offers a discretionary bonus program based upon company and personal objectives. The salary range for this role is benchmarked against market data. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors such as local market conditions and internal equity.
