Director of Data

A company is looking for a Director of Data to lead their Data Architecture, Engineering, and Science teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Data strategy aligned with business objectives

Hire, manage, and mentor team members while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Data infrastructure and lead Data projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with at least 6 years in a leadership role

Experience managing budgets of approximately $4M

Unimpeachable technical knowledge in Data Engineering and Data Architecture

Demonstrable experience in AI using multiple LLMs

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Engineering or Computer Science
