Director, C2C Operations
Responsible for driving the successful digital implementation of new warehouse sites and ensuring consistent deployment of warehousing standards and best practices across operations. This role serves as a key liaison between Technology and Operations, leading a team of specialists and occasionally overseeing strategic projects at the station or client level. Work closely with senior leadership team to ensure coordinated prioritization and proactive change management. Responsible for strategic planning, technical implementation, and support.
Lead end-to-end application, device, and equipment deployment for new warehouse sites, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and global business standards.
Develop, document, and promote warehousing standards and operational best practices.
Support with onsite and digital training for warehousing and operations staff during deployment of new sites, to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Operations, Integrations, Client Solution Design, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and integration of systems and data.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding warehousing applications and standards.
Manage and mentor a team of application specialists and project architects.
Management of application, device, and equipment vendors and annual budgeting.
Lead, support, and prioritize special projects at the station or client level, including system upgrades, process optimization, and client-specific implementations.
Drive strategies that will improve client visibility and operational efficiency.
Provide recommendations for and support infrastructure implementation of hardware and software upgrades, as appropriate, to further improve operations, security and enhance value.
Ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Provide regular updates and station performance metrics to leadership.
Travel may be required 25-50% of the time.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years' experience in developing / implementing / managing warehousing or order management solutions.
Proven success building a strong culture marked by positive teamwork, employee involvement and satisfaction, and trust in leadership.
Strong business acumen with a strategic-thinking mindset, effective management skills, and the ability to proactively respond and scale to market demands.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Hands on experience with technical implementation of warehousing solutions.
Experience leading and implementing analytical solutions using commercial tools and platforms.
Experience and understanding of a variety of analytical processes including but not limited to data governance, quality, and measurement.
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
