Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the PAC-3 Command Launch System (CLS) Program Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team supports all aspects of manufacturing and assembly of the PAC-3 CLS through make sites and external suppliers. This work is essential for the program to execute current contract requirement as well as capture future business for the program. The position will serve as a Manufacturing Engineering point of contact to the other functions. Frequent communication and collaboration with other disciplines including Design Engineering, Production Operations, Quality Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Production Planning and Control, Contracts, Master Planning, and Program Management are required. Experience building positive relationships, communicating across functional and physical boundaries, managing cost, schedule, quality, and safety is critical for the role.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
