We are immediately hiring a practical, mechanically inclined MANUFACTURING ENGINEER to support our Mansfield, Texas manufacturing facility. Working directly with production equipment, you'll be on the plant floor daily, troubleshooting issues, supporting maintenance, and ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently, together with optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading plant-level engineering initiatives.
Graduates who have completed relevant internships are also invited to apply. This is a full-time position located on site at our Mansfield Texas facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for daily plant operations, equipment reliability, and production processes.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process—from raw material receipt through packaging of finished goods.
- Lead and execute small-to mid-size capital and process improvement projects.
- Support larger-scale engineering projects under the direction of the Plant Manager and / or Senior Corporate Engineering Manager.
- Manage the plant's computerized maintenance management system and support its effective use.
- Assist with environmental compliance, regulatory reporting, and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor plant waste streams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at waste reduction and operational efficiency.
Experience and Skills
Experience in a hands-on engineering or technical role within a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; experience working with industrial equipment.Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative working style.Exemplify our values daily : Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build BelongingAbility to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa currently.Education and Benefits
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
